ISAAC O. MIENCHA
Managing Partner
Mr. Miencha is an Advocate of High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for oaths, Notary Public, Certified Secretary and Managing Partner of the Firm. He graduated with Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi, and was admitted to the Bar on 13th June 2003.
He has solid experience and specialization in Commercial and Corporate Practice, Banking, Intellectual Property and Real Estate Law. He has been involved in negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial contracts in transactions spanning the African continent, United Kingdom and United States of America. He has also represented a wide range of clients in banking, intellectual property, real estate matters.
He assisted investors in setting up their operations within Kenya including advising on regulatory requirements and assisting them on operational requirements.
PAULINE NJOKI GICHUKI

PAULINE N. GICHUKI is an Advocate of the High of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths and an Associate in the Firm. She graduated with Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi and was admitted to the Barin 2019.
She has a solid experience and specializes in land law and disputes arising, labour law, contract law, commercial law and alternative disputes resolution.
She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
CLERKSON OTIENO OCHIENG

Winfred Clerkson Ochieng Otieno is an Advocate of High Court of Kenya, a Certified Professional Mediator and Associate of the Firm. He graduated with Bachelor of Laws from the Moi University, and was admitted to the Bar on 7 May 2021.
He has experience and specializes in Environmental, Local Government, Litigation, and Constitutional matters. He is also experienced in debt recovery, family law and succession, employment and labour relations disputes, insurance claims; general litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
He is a good planner, highly driven, competent and a diligent legal practitioner who upholds values of integrity, professionalism, honesty and quality in provision of legal services to our clients.
KIPKIRUI SHADRACK

Kipkirui Shadrack is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. He graduated with Bachelor of Laws from the Moi University, and was admitted to the Bar on [insert date of admission].
