The Firm was established in the year 2001 by Mr. Lucas Leperes Naikuni and his former Partner, Justice Jairus Ngaah under the name of Naikuni, Ngaah & Company Advocates. In the year 2009 Mr. Isaac Omeke Miencha joined as a Partner which necessitated the change of the name to Naikuni, Ngaah & Miencha Company Advocates (‘NNM’). The Firm is headquartered in Nairobi with a branch at Kiserian, Kajiado County.

Pauline specializes in civil litigation in disputes arising from land, employment and labour contractual. She I also do conveyancing. She thrives in matters relating to the environment and natural resources and has dealt extensively with issues and disputes arising from community land commonly referred to as group ranches.
MR. ISAAC O. MIENCHA
Managing Partner
Mr. Isaac is a senior Partner. He has solid experience and specialization in commercial and corporate practice, banking, IP and Property Law. He has been involved in negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial transactions spanning the African continent, United Kingdom and United States of America and in preparation of security document for financial institutions.
